Anthony (Tony) is the founder of evolve24 and leads the vision, strategy, and advancement of the Company. Tony is a visionary, entrepreneur and educator in the data analytics industry. His 30-year career includes serving as a Director of market analytics for a global biotechnology products company and leading strategy as the chief innovation officer for a major sales and marketing services organization. He is a faculty member of the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and serves as Adjunct Professor of Business, lecturing on the nonmarket environment and its disruptive impact on business strategy. In building evolve24, Tony has steadily grown and developed the predictive data analytics company into an industry leader in expert statistical data research, analytical strategy initiatives, and behavioral and social science methodologies.
President, Global Insight Solutions
As President of Global Insights Solutions, Dan leads a team focused on delivering predictive intelligence. Discovering insights and enabling value through the Evolution Platform is his, and his team’s, passion. Prior to joining the evolve24 team Dan was a principal investor for a billion-dollar investment firm where he served as an operational specialist, including serving as a CEO in portfolio companies and as an equity investor and board member in growth stage businesses. Dan’s 25-year experience includes over a decade in management and IT consulting. His combined career as a CEO, an investor, and consultant offers a compelling and unique perspective on strategy, vision, business development and product innovation.Dan holds a master’s degree in business and health administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia and a bachelor's of science degree in finance from Truman State University.
President, Global Threats & Issues
Ed envisions analytic solutions that can effectively make sense of noisy, data rich environments and derive actionable intelligence. Ed has a long track record of developing analytic solutions, working in high-tech companies in the Silicon Valley as well as large-scale complex defense systems. He is a technologist with proven past performance in visualizing solutions, creating working prototypes and inventions, and seeing those inventions through to market.
Prior to starting evolve24, Ed served as Chief Architect at Triple I/GoldBot Consulting, developing sense making and predictive analytics to support customers who require global awareness, actionable indicators, and warnings and decision support. As Sr. Vice President of QinetiQ North America's Strategic Solution Center he developed the solutions for its Cyber Mission Assurance, Global Knowledge Discovery and Global Threat Prediction offerings. Preceding this he assisted in the growth and eventual sale of Dominion Technology Resources Inc. as Vice President of Program Development and Director of Research and Development. He launched Motorola's IP/routing design and manufacturing center in Sunnyvale, CA bringing nationwide mission critical packet voice and data to Motorola's Astro and Dimetra public safety systems (now called VoIP). He established his career at GTE Government Systems and later worked his way to Chief Systems Engineer for Special Electronic Systems at ESL/TRW.
Dr. Troy Nolan
EVP, Innovative Technical Services And Chief Technology Officer
As a member of the Executive Leadership team who leads the Innovative Technical Services (ITS) Division and Chief Technology, Troy is responsible for the technical vision and implementation activities required to meet current and future business demands.
Troy is broadly recognized for his innovative work creating solutions to critical national security, federal, civilian and corporate client challenges. His technical expertise ranges from complex sensor systems, signal processing, cyber methods, and data analytics as applied to monitoring, tracking and targeting - all focused on extracting important signals from the information environment for real-time action. To enable these mission solutions, he applies his diverse set of skills ranging from expertise in cloud-based high performance computing systems and multi-domain collection systems to open- and deep- Internet discovery.
Troy has previously held several Academic and U.S. Government Fellowships and has been recognized with the President's Award for his technical achievement. He has published and co-published over a dozen technical and future-looking articles and is co-inventor on a broad-reaching patent in cyber security. Troy holds a master's and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a BS in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.
Chief Financial Officer
Ken brings 20 plus years of business experience in finance, marketing and strategy to evolve24.
Ken will guide evolve24 through its expansion into the cognitive, predictive analytics and insights market, focused on delivering value to all stakeholders.
Ken provides CFO services to companies committed to improving business performance. He has served nearly 40 clients in various phases of development across a broad range of industries. His prior experience is with companies ranging from billion dollar organizations to start-up ventures.
Ken earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
Mike Zafirovski is founder/president of The Zaf Group, a private equity advisory and investment firm. The Blackstone Group is the firm's principal client where Mike is Chairman and Director of multiple Blackstone companies, as well as Executive Advisor assisting with CEO recruitment and appraisal of new deal opportunities. In addition to The Zaf Group's primary focus of driving value creation in Blackstone companies, the firm makes direct investments into family and privately-held businesses, including evolve24. Mike has a track record of respecting the heritage of family/privately-held businesses, while helping them achieve new levels of talent development, profitable growth, and operating performance.
Mike also sits on the Board of Directors of Boeing (since 2004) and Stericycle (since 2012).
Previously, in a 34-year corporate career, Mike served 21 years as CEO/President at Nortel, Motorola, and five GE businesses in the high-tech, industrial, consumer, and financial services industries. In 21 years of P&L responsibility, revenue growth exceeded 8% per year and EBITDA margin increases averaged 350bps per year.
Among his philanthropic activities, he is a Founding Director of Macedonia 2025, an organization dedicated to enhancing the country's economic and democracy development; Vice Chairman for the Academy of Urban School Leadership, an organization that helps turn around the most challenged public schools in Chicago; and Board Member of UI Labs, a Chicago-based research and commercialization collaborative between universities and industry. He is also a visiting lecturer at the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Christopher Galvin is Chairman, CEO, and/or Co-Founder of Harrison Street Capital, LLC; Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC; Harrison Street Securities, LLC; and Gore Creek Asset Management LLC. Additional roles are serving as either Chairman or Board Member of UniqueSoft LLC, VelociData, evolve24, NanoMech Inc., MCR-Aerodyne Inc.
His current outside activities include: Trustee and member of the Executive Committee of Northwestern University's Board of Trustees; Executive Committee and member of Dean's Advisory Board of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern; American Enterprise Institute Board; Legion D'Honneur; Advisory Board of Tsinghua University School of Management and Economics (Beijing); the American Society of Corporate Executives; the Board of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs; Advisory Committee on International Economic Policy of the US Department of State (ACIEP).
His former roles have been: Chairman and CEO of Motorola Inc.; Chairman of NAVTEQ Inc.; Chairman of Cleversafe Inc.; Chairman of the U.S.-China Business Council; member of the Bechtel Corporation's Board of Counselors; member of Business Council (U.S.); director of the Rand Corporation; member of the U.S. Department of Defense Manufacturing Board; member of the U.S. Department of Defense Science Board; advisor to the City of Tianjin, China; advisor to the CEO of Hong Kong; Chair of the Rhodes Scholars selection committee for Illinois-Michigan.

As chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Maritz Holdings Inc. Steve Maritz represents the fourth generation of his family to lead the company. Maritz began in 1894 as a watch manufacturer and jewelry business. During the Great Depression, the Company transitioned into an incentive company, and has expanded from there into adjacent fields of Meeting, Event and Incentive travel, Channel Development and Market Research. In his role over Maritz Holdings, Steve searches for business opportunities that complement Maritz' core businesses.
Steve is active in the community serving on the boards of Laclede Group and the Missouri Botanical Garden. He is also the President of the Board of John Burroughs School and Board Chair of the St. Louis United Way.
Steve holds a bachelor's degree from Princeton University. Married with three boys, Steve and his family live in St. Louis and enjoy pursuing their mutual interests of competitive sports and outdoor activities.
Dan Braga is a Partner at The Zaf Group, a private equity advisory and investment firm. He provides portfolio company support for The Blackstone Group (the firm’s principal client) and is part of the investment leadership team for direct investments in family and privately-held businesses, including evolve24.
Prior to joining The Zaf Group, Dan was with McKinsey & Company for 17 years, where he served as a partner in the Chicago Office. While at McKinsey, he collaborated with the senior leadership of clients in a wide range of industries globally to evaluate investment opportunities, shape strategic direction, and drive step-change improvements in operating performance.
Dan holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan (summa cum laude) and master's degrees from Harvard and MIT. He serves on the Leadership Council for the Economics Department at the University of Michigan, and is involved in a number of other education-related volunteer and pro bono activities.
